I think its funny that people think I have an incredible memory for people. I really don't. I do connect very quickly with the things people do. I have been told I have become "Dark" rather than the funny fun loving person of the past. I still have a sense of humor but unless we get serious about changing the things around us, we aren't worth anything to our families or our communities. No sugar coating anything. This past year I became acutely aware of the need people have to be respected and honored. I saw people who call themselves leaders take the low road and not stand up for the people who are in need around them. I saw business leaders think about themselves first over everyone else assuming no one was watching. I saw people who had been out of work for a few years finally find jobs thanks to friends of mine. I saw people fall in love and get married and i saw people fall out of love and divorce. I saw people get ill and recover and I saw people get ill and die. (I guess thats life!) We still have a President who doesn't seem to care and a government who seems to want to make it tougher for him to accomplish anything when he tries. Americans are more in debt, more unhappy and less sure of the future then they were last year. Child Abuse is still on the rise as is spousal abuse.  We just cant handle stress well!  I love my children, they are incredible role models. I love my wife Kelly. She is undoubtedly the most amazing woman i have ever loved and I can't believe I have the honor of spending life with her. Each day she amazes with me with her living representation of Grace. I really am not worthy.

I received this a few minutes ago as an FBI and Homeland Security Warning. It applies to NYC and Washington.
U) Possible Attack Methods and Targets(U//FOUO) While this specific threat reporting indicates al-Qa‛ida may be considering an attack using vehicle-borne improvised explosive devices (VBIEDs)—likely similar to the tactic used by FaisalShahzad in his attempted attack on Times Square on 1 May 2010—we assess that al-Qa‛ida and its affiliates have also considered attacks with small-arms, homemade explosive devices, and poisons, and probably provide their operatives with enough autonomy to select the particular target and method of attack.(U//FOUO) The FBI and DHS continue to work with our federal and non-federal partners to investigate this threat stream and will provide updates as appropriate. We continue to operate under the assumption that terrorists not yet identified by the Intelligence Community and law enforcement could seek to advance or execute attacks with little or no warning and urge federal, state, and local law enforcement and the private sector to maintain increased vigilance for indications of pre-operational and suspicious activity.

My Good Friend Tony Hussain "Healthcare Guru" with PWC in Washington referred to me as being the best at B2B. I was humbled and felt even greater comfort in knowing his definition of B2B was "Belly 2 Belly!"!  I loved it. We are doing too much online and too many people are focused on the Social Networking models of "Eyeballs" and creating "Clicks"! Business used to be done face to face, sitting across the table from each other. Hand Shakes meant something, actually they meant everything. I have made my business life about creating face to face and at the least Voice to Voice interactions. Interactions that are based on respect and diginity. Respect for each others time and the comfort to be able to say "I don't know"! This is what B2B is all about. I have started saying to the people I am meeting, "Thanks for meeting me in Public"! Being seen with someone is not a one on one event, it is one with many potentially because you are creating the opportunity for someone to meet other people you may know. I always wondered why someone would say "HI" to someone they saw and not introduce the other people they are meeting with as well, Hmmm....alot more to this then I can address today! Lets create  the new "B2B Movement". I am in all the way...are you? 

I have been reaching out to friends of mine that live on the East Coast and NE to insure they are safe. Not sure how we can help them but they definitely make me feel better knowing they are safe. The only Irene that I have known in my life was my step mother. We called her our Step Monster because of how horribly she treated the people around her. She is the reason my twin sister and I left home as teenagers. It took many years for us to forgive her for the way she treated our father and our family. If Hurricane Irene left the same collateral damage as the real life Irene, I feel bad already. Mother Nature doesn't make choices like human beings do but she does create events that we wish never existed. We learn from the bad things that happen in our life and I am stronger because of  knowing and living with the real Irene. I pray all my friends on the East Coast are safe. I know they will be helping make a difference no matter what happens good and bad!

Its been a few weeks since I wrote a blog. The Blog is really laying out my thoughts on issues that I believe are relevant to our world and consciousness. If no one reads it I'm ok. I am not promoting it at all and friends of mine who are experts in promoting Blogs and Web Sites feel they can help.  Its not the way I want it to look. Too much reading!

I do want to promote my friends and the amazing things they are doing to make our world a better place. Once I figure out the best way todo this and in a way that honors them, I will let you know! We never get enough time to just relax. We are always going at 100mph and almost in any direction. I learned while relaxing with my nieces in Idaho that its the little things that make the most difference. Not money, not words but simply time. Time together, time to care, time just have fun. Kids have a world of opportunity ahead of them and infinite potential. They just don't know it unless the adults around them reinforce it. I hope we never limit someones dreams by our own insecurities. Have an amazing week made up of infinite potential and possibilities. And to the 4 A's, TFBIML!!
