Instant Change was born when Peter Strople, CEO and Founder of Zero2 Holdings, realized that in his numerous conversations with top leaders from around the world, most of them had a desire to not only to excel at running their business, but also to answer the question,
“How can I make a difference – today?”
In recent media, the CEO has not been painted positively, yet we know that there are more leaders interested in cultivating ‘good’ than behaving in manners with negative consequences. We also acknowledge that the life of a leader with great responsibility is not a simple life. It is riddled with complications, pressure, time and balance challenges, and family concerns. It is also a life blessed with the opportunity to impact change – instantly.

INSTANT CHANGE – OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
Instant Change programs convene leaders to discuss key issues facing business and local communities. We will engage you in instant action to make an immediate difference in your own life or business - and create a positive ripple effect to the lives of others.
In the Instant Change programs, experts present on issues regarding the economy, politics, finance, healthcare or education and we provide an opportunity to discuss an share insights on the personal and professional aspects of these issues for you at work and home.
In Instant Change programs, participants begin to answer the question: “How can I make a difference - today – in my life, with my family and employees, in my community and in my country?”

INSTANT CHANGE PROGRAMS
The Instant Change programs are available in a variety of formats. The programs can be offered independently or in conjunction with one other. The primary difference between the Forum and Summit below is the amount of content that can be covered in 4 vs. 8 hours. The Forum is led by Peter Strople and the Summit will include additional best in field experts.
Programs include:
Power Breakfasts
The 2-hour Power Breakfasts are by invitation only and consist of a group of 5-10 leaders of business and community who convene to discuss the question “How can I make a difference - today – in my life, with my family and employees, in my community and in my country?” These individuals are often stakeholders, sponsors or champions of the Instant Change Forum or Summit, and will reside and work in the area/community in which the breakfast takes place.
Power Breakfasts are hosted by sponsors for invitees.
Instant Change Forums
The Instant Change Forum (4 hours) is led by Peter Strople who teaches his Homeplate and Triangle methodologies which participants use to gain clarity on their needs, cultivate relationships to help address them (in the moment!) and a plan to implement immediately. The essence of this program is that what you learn in the morning – you apply in the afternoon! The audience consists of 100-200 leaders of business, community and government.

Instant Change Summits
The Instant Change Summit (8 hours) is attended by CEOs/former CEOs, board members, business owners, investors, community or government leaders – in essence, those who are in positions to affect people and change with their decisions and actions. The program is facilitated by Peter Strople who teaches his Homeplate and Triangle methodologies in conjunction with best of field experts on topics of interest to the community in which the event is held. Topics may include: Finance, Leadership, Crisis Management, Balance, Networking, Change Management or others selected by the sponsoring organization. Attendance is limited to 150-200 attendees.

The Community Roundtable is an opportunity for interested citizens, employees and students to listen to a key topic/presenter, ask questions and offer their own insights. This program is marketed to university and college students – leaders of tomorrow - and is intended to be held on campus. Speakers include local business and community leaders. Audience size is limited only by venue capacity.
